Message from the Associate Artistic Director
Welcome to ACT’s 18th Season! There are some wonderful changes this year. I’m happy to announce that Wensday Greenbaum is the new Production Manager. Wensday is an original ACT member, a graduate of NYU's Tisch School for the Arts in NYC, a teacher/director/writer for ACT, and an accomplished singer and songwriter. We are thrilled to welcome her to the Artistic Staff. Other things to look for in the brochure: the new three session season, the new Advanced ACTor’s Conservatory for our older students and a partnership for new space with The Met School. I look forward to seeing everyone this season.
Joanne Fayan, Associate Artistic Director

Resident Youth ACTing Company
ACT is the only resident youth ACTing Company in RI that
offers a total theatre experience to its members.
An ACTor who is between the ages of 8 -18 and completed two recommended ACT classes or one Summer Theatre Academy session is invited to join the award-winning ACTing Company. There are no auditions.
ACT offers our members a ‘total theatre experience’ under the guidance of professional theatre artists.
A total theatre experience means that all ACT members have opportunities to act, direct, design, stage manage, choreograph, run lights and sound, backstage crew, box office, concessions, and marketing. ACT has an Apprentice Program for Junior and Senior leaders in the ACTing Company. ACT also has a vibrant Youth Advisory Council for all ages to join. There’s an abundance of possibilities so GET IN ON THE ACT NOW!
