Registration Policies
Payment: Full payment must be received by the first class unless a payment plan is arranged with ACT. Students with outstanding fees may be dismissed at the discretion of ACT. Prices include a $30 non-refundable registration fee. Sibling Discount: 10% off sibling when first child pays full price. Financial Aid: Available to qualified families. Refund Policy: Full refund if student withdraws two weeks prior to the first class. 70% refund if student withdraws by the end of the first class. NO refunds after the first class. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds. Register Early: ACT requires a minimum number of students for each class. Please register early so we do not have to cancel your selection. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, students can transfer to an open class or obtain a full refund. Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds. |
